Creating with the energy of Spring

Calling in new beginnings and bringing back the balance

Happy Spring Equinox you wonderful beings.

This time of year feels gorgeous to me, seeing the pops of Spring as we edge out of the darker months. Although the Equinox was on Monday 20th March, we will be feeling the energies for a few days after, and what I’m going to share with you can be practiced throughout Spring, if you feel the call to.

Before I dive in, if you’re unfamiliar with the Spring Equinox, it’s the time when the sun crosses the celestial equator, but in energetic terms, it’s a whole lot juicier. This Equinox symbolises warmth and newness, creativity and balance, rebirth and fertility, so, what does that mean for your business?

Inviting in creation

It’s an amazing time to create, so see what comes up for you and to maybe consider the direction you want to go in. I’m not necessarily talking about radical changes or overhauls, but more tuning into your intuition and creativity, inviting in a playful nature into what it is you do, or even how you communicate it.

You could choose to take time in nature to see where your mind and ideas take you, or schedule in some time to journal freely on how you’re feeling and how you want to communicate in your business or work.

Bringing the balance

Identify where you’ve been working, from the masculine or the feminine, and see how you can invite more balance into the way you work this Spring. You might have spent the Winter in your doing, masculine energy, and want to invite some flow and softness into the mix. On the other hand, you might have hibernated through the cooler months and now it’s time to take a breath and uncurl the body, ready for some action and doing.

We can’t have one without the other, so how will you bring more balance into your work life?

Fertilising your soil

How can you call in growth? As the trees start to blossom and the flowers start to bloom, how can you work with nature to invite some of that growth and ease into your business? It might be planning out an email series, a landing page, or a comms plan to tell your story to the world, but fertilising your metaphorical soil now will lead to new fruits and new opportunities as we move from Spring into Summer.
